In this class you will learn: Introduction to the long arm and how it works. How to cut and prep your backing, batting and quilt top before loading. Loading all 3 layers of the quilt for a free motion quilt. Utilizing body mechanics and stretching before and after. Pinning a free motion quilt vs. basting. Planning and executing designs for a quilt and how to fill in small spaces. Using the laser to follow paper patterns. Where to purchase paper pantograph patterns. Pantograph- an all over design that covers the entire quilt.  E2E- or known as edge to edge. This is still considered an all over design used to cover the entire surface of the quilt with a design. B2B-Border to Border, this design can cover the entire service of a quilt too. This type of design is created to fit within a border that has surrounding borders to be quilted separately.  Free motion gives you the freedom to do anything you want on a quilt with no boundaries. It takes practice to be perfect but the skies the limit. Look forward to teaching you all!
